BSP local leaders denied having any contact with the hotel owner and said he was sacked from the party months ago. The hotel was raided following a tip-off about a sex racket being run in the area falling under Sihani Gate police station. They, along with two hotel employees, have been detained, and the hotel has been sealed, said Superintendent of Police (City) Aakash Tomar. Raids are also being conducted in UP-NCR and other parts to nab the hotel owner and the hotel manager identified as Vinay. Jatav’s hotel used to charge Rs.1,200 to Rs.5,000 from the customers and it had been running for the last 10 years, the police added.
