Police and emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Lincoln, near Christchurch. A police spokeswoman said two people are seriously injured and were being transported to Christchurch Hospital. The crash happened shortly before 4.30pm, at the intersection of Ellesmere Rd and Tancreds Rd, just outside of Lincoln township. Police have closed the intersection and are asking motorists to avoid the area.
