SATKHIRA, Oct 27, 2023 (BSS) - Two motorcyclists were killed in a head-oncollision between their motorcycle and a bus on the Satkhira-Assasuni highwayroad in Kalerdanga area under Sadar upazila of the district today. The deceased were identified as Moyez Hossain,22, son of Arefin Sheikh,resident of Sheikhpara of Dahakula village under Assasuni upazila of thedistrict and Mohin Hossain,23, son of Nafizuddin of Rayer Mahal area ofKhulna district. The accident occurred when they were going to Brahmarajpur Bazar. The motorcycle collided head-on with a bus coming from the opposite directionat around 12.30pm this afternoon leaving the duo dead on the spot, officer-in-charge (OC) of Satkhira Sadar Police Station Mahidul Islam said. A case was filed in this connection, the OC added.
