The force said officers were called at around 7.10pm following reports of three men in their 20s getting into difficulties in the sea. Emergency services were called to Crookes Valley Park, Sheffield, on Sunday following reports a man had got into difficulty in the water. A man's body was recovered from water in a disused quarry in Dove Holes, Buxton, Derbyshire, just before 11pm on Sunday. "The difference between the air temperature and water temperature can literally take your breath away; this is called cold water shock.
