Another 423 residential units are proposed on 30.5ha on the northern side of Ladies Mile in two special housing areas. Flint's Park is proposed by Maryhill Ltd, which was originally behind the Glenpanel special housing areaDirectors of that company are Sharyn and Grant Stalker, developers of Shotover Country, Kristan Stalker and Emma Stalker. Beside that, opposite Queenstown Country Club, would be the Glenpanel special housing area. The Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust would receive a total of 43 units - 25 from Flint's Park, 18 from Glenpanel. Council chief executive Mike Theelen said the council was still considering the Laurel Hills special housing area proposal, having "paused" a decision at its last meeting to gain feedback on all three proposals first.
