Picture by Subham JyotiDomjur: Two men and a kid sleeping on the first floor of a three-storey building choked to death after a fire broke out in a shoe factory on the ground floor early on Wednesday. The fire at Howrah's Domjur, about 23km from the heart of Calcutta, left two men injured. Both were taken to a private hospital in Howrah and later shifted to a hospital in Alipore. The owner of the shoe factory, Fahim Ahmad, has been detained for questioning, an officer of Domjur police station said.
