Eight people have died in a crash involving two lorries and a minibus on the M1 motorway near Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, early today. All the vehicles involved were travelling in the same direction, on the southbound carriageway, between junctions 15 and 14, Thames Valley police said. Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and are in police custody.
