Two men have been arrested for the murder of Whanganui man and gang member Kevin Ratana. Detective Senior Sergeant Philip Skoglund said both men were senior, patched Black Power gang members. Police opposed bail for both men who were arrested, Skoglund said. They also want information about a Holden Commodore, registration number WU3395, and a white Hyundai Coupe, registration number JJF26, which was found burned out on Seafront Rd that evening.
