Two men have been arrested as part of a Garda investigation into more than 40 criminal incidents across Dublin and other parts of the country. The arrests were made on Thursday as part of Operation Thor, which is examining a series of incidents during 2025 involving theft, deception and the unauthorised taking of vehicles.
