CEBU CITY – Two persons were killed in a buy-bust operation in Talisay City at around 4 a.m. Tuesday. ADVERTISEMENTThe fatalities were identified as Rodel Nacario, of Toledo City, and Kevin Baguio, who was from Cebu City. Marlu Conag, Talisay City Police Station chief, said they planned their operation after receiving reports that Nacario was one of the biggest drug peddlers in Barangay Bulacao. Conag said Nacario was also a hitman tasked to kill a Talisay City policeman. The police official said they conducted their buy-bust operation against Nacario and Baguio near the compound of a telecommunications company in Barangay Bulacao at dawn today.
