GAZIPUR, Feb 4, 2024 (BSS) – Two people were killed and nine others injuredas a truck hit an auto rickshaw in Tongi area of the district today. They were going towards Ijtema venue from Mirer Bazar in Tongi totake part in the Akheri Minajat. In-charge of Dhaka Medical College Hospital police camp Md Bachchu Mia saidthe accident occurred this morning. Jony and Sohel died on way to thehospital. Of the injured, four were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital whilethe rest were admitted to Tongi hospital.
