more-inA 22-year-old man reportedly in inebriated condition opened fire on his father and another man with his country-made firearm following a heated argument over a petty issue at Kinchuru area under Paderu police station limits on Monday. The injured persons were admitted to Community Health Centre at Paderu, where their condition is said to be out of danger and the police have launched manhunt for the accused P Balaji. Inspector of Paderu, K Appala Naidu said Pothuraju had invited his relatives including Pothuraju for the Itukula Panduga on Monday. Pothuraju had scolded his wife for not serving soft drink to the relatives. Upset over insulting his mother in front of relatives, Balaji entered into a heated argument with his father and in a fit of range, Balaji allegedly opened fire on his father and his relative Sanyasi Naidu.
