Officials say two mothers and four children were killed near Los Angeles on June 28 after their minivan was struck by a tractor-trailer. “When we arrived on scene, we saw the van starting to catch fire,” Williams told KABC. “It was very horrific seeing them trying to get their families out, us trying to help get their families out.
