At least 15 people were wounded in two car bomb explosions in the eastern city of Derna last night. The two explosions targeted locations for the notorious militia called Awliya Al-Dam (Blood Owners), whose members are conducting arrests of both women and men of relatives of former Derna Shura Council. No group has claimed responsibility for the bombings.
