Police have arrested two people believed to be the main suppliers of drugs in Naivasha and found several sacks of bhang. Masinde noted that many youths drop out of school or turn to crime in the area after abusing the drug. They were arrested on Tuesday in a six-hour operation following a tip-off from members of the public. "We arrested a leading chang'aa brewer last week and she was back in the business after easily paying a Sh20,000 fine," he said. Naivasha subcounty commissioner Isaac Masinde said some of the drugs had been packaged for sale.
