Separate swine flu counter established at Tehsil Headquarters HospitalMUZAFFARGARH: Two people of a four-member family died due to swine flu and two other infected members of the family were shifted to a hospital in Alipur. The N1H1 swine flu virus was detected in the house of Dr Umer due to which a woman and her son have died. Muzaffargarh District Health Officer Dr Iqbal said the deadly virus was detected in Muhammad Qasim, 35 and Asma 4, following a screening of over 50 people of the area following reports that two patients infected with swine flu were being shifted to a hospital in a precarious condition. Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Fazal said a separate swine flu counter has been established at the hospital where citizens could undergo a screening test.
