The court heard on Friday that the suspects were arrested in Eldoret town on March 27 by Administration Police officers who were on routine patrol. SECURITYIn his application, Mr Adan told the court that the suspects could be a threat to national security. Mr Adan said that due to technicalities and the scope of investigations, he was unable to complete his probe on time. He also told the court that he needed to travel to Migori where the consignment is believed to have come from.
