NewsTwo persons were killed and 44 others injured after a private bus toppled down a 30 foot precipice at Dodamella in Pathulpana, Pelmadulla this morning. The bus had been on its way from Embilipitiya via Ratnapura to Colombo when it met with the accident at about 2.00am today. Police said 41 of the injured are being treated at the Pelmadulla Hospital while three others who were in serious condition were transferred to Ratnapura Hospital. Investigations are ongoing.
