The exhibition was organized by Barisal Photography Club (BPC), featured a total of 106 photos by 82 photographers. Barisal Divisional Commissioner Ram Chandra Das inaugurated the programme, and Barisal Deputy Commissioner SM Ajiar Rahman was present as the special guest of the inaugural ceremony of the event. Discussants at the inaugural ceremony, and visitors of the exhibition, said in their speeches and comments that the photographers had tried to focus on the different and diverse types of life in Bangladesh. Ram Chandra Das said: “The exhibition was organized to encourage the young generation toward photography, and to promote art and culture.
