Tang Man-him (in black mask) pleaded guilty to one count of misconduct in public office at the District Court today. Three Hong Kong policemen were arrested in June last year on suspicion of assault over the beating in a public hospital of an elderly man. Two of the officers pleaded guilty to the charges. The two officers, Au Kwok-wai and Tang Man-him pleaded guilty to their charges of misconduct in public office at the District Court today. The third officer Lam Yik-sing pleaded not guilty to the charges.
