SATKHIRA, March 6, 2024 (BSS) - Two college students were killed and another was injured in a motorcycle accident in Dhapua bridge area under Assasuni upazila of the district today. The deceased were identified as Nayan Ghosh, 19, son of Niranjan Ghosh of Amania village under Kaliganj upazila, and William Ghosh, 18, son of Jagannath Ghosh of the same village. They were HSC second year students of Kaliganj College. Police and fire service personnel rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies from the spot and sent to Satkhira Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, OC said. The injured was taken to Satkhira Sadar Hospital.
