Charges have been laid a year after video surfaced of a man jumping on a moose in a northern B.C. The moose is swimming ahead of the boat while a man stands on the bow, preparing to jump on the animal. Two men have been charged under the Wildlife Act with harassing wildlife with a boat, attempting to capture wildlife, and hunting big game that is swimming. The moose can be heard calling out when the man lands on its back and hangs on, riding along with a fist raised triumphantly. The charges stem from a moment captured on video by boaters on the Tuchodi Lakes.
