The Royal Thai Navy announced the arrests on Tuesday. The officers seized 64 phones and information about an appointment to hand them over to another party, and 100,000 baht in cash. The phones were likely smuggled into Thailand to be delivered to someone in Si Racha district of Chon Buri, the navy announcement said.
