During his appearance in court, Dzikunu Agbenyega pleaded guilty with explanation to a charge of causing harm. According to the prosecutor, Inspector Kofi Atimbire, Agbenyegaand his senior brother resided in the same family house at Abossey Okai, a suburb of Accra. In the course of the fight, the prosecutor claimed Agbeyenga took a wooden slab fused with a nail and hit his brother with it. He accused his senior brother of verbally assaulting him on countless occasions and at one point, he claimed the brother called his wife a prostitute. He claimed Agbenyega was a marijuana addict who had made it his agenda to disturb him on a daily basis.
