Greater Manchester police were called to reports of shots being fired near Scotland Hall Road and found a man with “serious injuries”. Police have issued an appeal for information in relation to the incident. “While we’ve made two arrests, we are in the early stages of the investigation and our inquiries into the full circumstances around how this man came to be shot continues.
