Johnathan R. Folsom, 27, faces four counts of selling a controlled drug and two counts of conspiracy to sell a controlled drug. Rose Watterson, 51, is charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Franklin police, including their K9 unit, were joined by the Concord Police Department, Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department, and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force in executing the warrant. Hale said both Folsom and Watterson surrendered without incident and they were taken to the Merrimack County Department of Corrections jail to await their arraignment. The investigation involved drug sales in Franklin and other towns in Merrimack County, Hale said.
