On Sunday, a team of RAB 11 arrested Abu Sayeed, 24, and Mahdi Hassan alias Golam Rabbi, 26, from the Masdair Bhuiyanbagh area in Fatullah, Narayanganj around 11pm. RAB confiscated the laptops and a large collection of extremist books from the accused. RAB 11 Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Md Alep Uddin said: "Abu Sayeed was working as the coordinator for Ansar Al Islam (Ansarullah Bangla team). They used to propagate extremist doctrine and gathered members from various areas.
