POKOK SENA: The state government plans to revive two abandoned housing projects which have affected 180 buyers in Kuala Kedah and Langkawi by next year. State Housing and Local Government Committee chairman Datuk Badrol Hisham Hashim said the state government was now in talks with the relevant agencies to revive the projects. He said he was confident that the two projects would be revived after the state government successfully revived and completed the construction of two other abandoned projects in Kedah. "We are in discussions with the Abandoned Housing Projects Division under the National Housing Department to find a solution to the two abandoned projects," he said. Badrol Hisham urged the buyers of the projects in Kuala Kedah and Langkawi to be patience as the state government would resolve their problems.
