Sanizam is believed to have received the RM50,000 bribe from Lim on Nov 27, 2015 at about 11.10am at the same location. The bribe was an inducement for them to produce a letter of operation approval for three vessels, Hai Tai 1, Hai Tai 2, and Hai Tai 3. The case was prosecuted by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) prosecution officer, Norsyarina Raizan, before Sessions Judge, Kamarudin Kamsun on Thursday (Jan 3).
