Johnny EdwardKenneth Omeruo is on the radar of two LaLiga clubs in the wake of Leganes’ relegation from the Spanish topflight to the Segunda division, The PUNCH has exclusively learnt. “Omeruo is not short of offers as there are two teams eager to get him but his valuation could be a hitch; we are hopeful,” a close source to the player told The PUNCH. None is seen playing in second division and they handed proposals to leave Butarque,” the Spanish tabloid wrote. The last case with options to leave Leganes is that of Kenneth Omeruo. “With a contract until 2024, in his case it would also limit him to play in the second division, taking into account his aspirations to continue playing with Nigeria.”Since his LaLiga debut, Omeruo has one goal to his name in 51 matches.
