An accident on Highway 160 near Kayenta on the Navajo Nation has led to the deaths of two adults and injuries to their three children Tuesday night. KAFF News first reported the incident on Thursday morning, with Arizona Department of Public Safety officials saying the accident involved a semitruck and a passenger vehicle. The victims in the accident were Dr. Greg Cox and his wife Lindsey Watson. Sechrist administration also encouraged parents to take time to discuss traumatic events with their children and offered information on age appropriate intervention. Other local mental health and support resources include TERROS, a mental health crisis hotline for northern Arizona, the Flagstaff Medical Center Behavioral Health and Emergency Room, and The Guidance Center.
