Two East Coast musicians — Halifax's Bahamas and P.E.I. 's Rose Cousins — won Juno awards this weekend. Bahamas, also known as Afie Jurvanen, won the best adult alternative album of the year for Sad Hunk, while Cousins won the best contemporary roots album of the year for Bravado. Juno trophies in the garageJurvanen previously won Junos for adult alternative album of the year and songwriter of the year.
