Twitter has stopped its verification programme yet again. The micro-blogging platform has claimed that they are in the process of making changes in the application process for verification. Twitter users will not be able to cater to new applications for the blue tick. However, the Twitter users who have already applied for the blue tick might still get their account verified by the micro-blogging site. After making changes to the process, Twitter re-introduced it in 2021 but had to stop accepting applications due to very heavy demand.
