Nearly 15,000 people reported outages, according to the tracker, and the reports were most heavily concentrated in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Toronto. DownDetector shows a smaller number of outages were reported earlier in the day, around 11 a.m. EST.Twitter did not immediately respond to a Forbes request for comment.
