On the Twitter Fleets bar, you’ll see your profile picture with a ‘+’ icon. With Fleets, Twitter also joins the bandwagon of the ephemeral 24-hour ‘Stories’ feature first introduced by Snapchat then copied and popularised by Snapchat.
