Twin boys with medical issues missing in NorthlandSUPPLIED/NZ POLICE Police are looking for Waiariki Chapman, also known as Storm (pictured), and his brother. Police searching for 10-year-old twins taken from state care in Northland by "persons known to them" are concerned for their safety. Hamiora and Waiariki Chapman, also known as Sam and Storm, were removed from the care of the Ministry for Vulnerable Children, previously Child, Youth and Family, police said. "They have medical issues and it is imperative they receive the treatment they need," police said.
