Relations between Turkey and Algeria have entered a new phase of public diplomacy, and cooperation in maintaining the connection between the two countries is crucial to the optimal functioning of regional politics, wrote North Africa expert at the Centre for Middle Eastern Strategic Studies (ORSAM) Abennour Toumi.
