The Sudanese political situation was also subjected to additional hitches after the country’s military fully took over the political institutions on Oct. 25. Prime Minister Abdallah Hamdok and his wife were also taken to an unknown destination. However, the protests continued with many Sudanese political forces accusing Hamdok of “letting them down” by reconciling with the army.
