Tunisia becomes the first to reopen its borders in North Africa.

Tunisia, on Saturday, June 27, fully reopened its economy to tourism for the first time since it went into total lockdown. On June 14, the country declared it won the fight against COVID-19 spread, after three months of lockdown. Within those 3 months of lockdown, Tunisia record zero local cases for almost a month. This would make it the first nation in the Maghreb region to reopen all its international borders. Countries on the Green List are those with fewer cases of the coronavirus within their borders.
