The singer, 37, took to Instagram on Sunday to share a series of snaps documenting her renewed focus on self-care. 'The main message I received was the ability to see my own light & purpose, mostly through the eyes of those I love & that love me. Just last month Tulisa revealed her plans to travel to Peru to take the psychedelic drug ayahuasca. It comes after last month Tulisa and Dappy (real name Costadinos Contostavlos) unfollowed each other on social media.
