MANILA, Philippines — Hire more workers for the construction of Sangley Point, Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade ordered on Wednesday. Tugade gave this order following the directive of President Rodrigo Duterte to make Sangley Point in Cavite operational by November this year.
