Truro City have signed midfielder Harry Charsley and defender Shaun Donnellan on free transfers. The former Torquay United player has scored once in 16 National League appearances for the Tinners this season. "I've been back training for a few months now and I'm ready to make up for lost time and play as many games as I can," Charsley told the Truro City website.
