But this residential wall, above, is not being built on protected sand dunes -- which is the primary concern of environmentalists opposed to Trump's wall. Cow farmer Flanagan says he is frustrated that opposition voices haven't proposed an alternative and, regardless of the environmental reports, strongly believes Trump's wall would prevent the flooding.
