On Monday morning, North Korea test-fired a ballistic missile, its third in as many weeks. Trump implies that China has been trying to rein in North Korea. “There is a chance that we could end up having a major, major conflict with North Korea,” he told Reuters in April. He said many of them are still doing business with North Korea, particularly in banking.
