Lawyers have indicated they would like to be at the ports of entry to assist people," a senior administration official said. All security and screening vetting will be applied to anybody who is deemed qualified for a visa," the official said. During a conference call with reporters, a third administration official said while there is a blanket ban on refugees, those part of the family can still come in.
