Donald Trump on Wednesday suggested that the police officer who shot an unarmed black man in Tulsa, Oklahoma, may have ‘choked’. Terence Crutcher, 40, was shot dead on Friday by officer Betty Shelby, a white woman, after his SUV broke down on the highway. Trump, speaking during a visit to a Cleveland church, said it looked as though Shelby was ‘scared’, adding that officers like that should not be allowed on the force
