Trump's move appeared preemptory as the team was expected to vote to decline the traditional White House offer extended to sports champions after Curry said Friday he would oppose a visit. Warriors coach Steve Kerr also has said he'd prefer not to attend a White House event with Trump. "Going to the White House was a great honor until you showed up!"
