The one-minute video shared on Truth Social promoted Trump’s false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him. “A White House staffer erroneously made the post. It has been taken down,” a White House official said in a statement. Since regaining office for a second term, Trump has tried to argue he did not lose the 2020 election.
