Again, we've never seen anything like this. Trump said he approved emergency declarations in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Trump also said he plans to ask Congress to expedite tax reform efforts in the wake of damages caused by the hurricane. "And when you compound that with Hurricane Irma, with Irma, you can imagine how that cost is going to go up.
