Trump averaged about six claims a day in his first year as president, 16 claims day in his second year, 22 claims day in his third year — and 39 claims a day in his final year. Nearly half of the false claims were communicated at his campaign rallies or via his now-suspended Twitter account. But even so, he made nearly 4,000 false or misleading claims that month, an average of 150 a day on the days he was not ill.
